The Beloit Fine Arts Incubator is excited to announce their August show features the works of well-known local photographer, Barb Lansbery. The winner of several awards, this photographer uses nature to feed her artistic soul. As she explains “My artistic goal is to observe and capture nature's serenity, color and movement with a click of my camera. While I am in nature's realm, I become part of the moment.” This deep connection with nature has produced a collection of photographs that will take the viewer on a reflective journey soaring with a flock of birds, to feeling the gentle flow of water and the touch of delicate breezes as they softly touch the petals of a flower.
Join us August 4th from 5 to 8 pm as we open this exciting exhibit to the public. The event is free and open to the public. Lansbery will be on hand to meet the public and discuss her photography and what it means to her. The show will continue through August 24th.
