The Arts Incubator provides a supportive environment for the artist to practice, create, exhibit and sell their art. We nurture emerging artists and cultural organizations by providing comprehensive integrated business development services that are designed as a catalysts for creative and business growth. We provide profit and non-profit entrepreneurial groups, organizations, and artists with the skills and the tools in a business environment necessary to meat short– and long-term objectives. With the support of the greater Beloit area, the Beloit Fine Arts Incubator continues to grow and lead by example. We not only provide a proactive relationship with the artist, but integrate them with the community.

Built in 1912 the facility at 520 E Grand Avenue originated as the Bell Telephone Company. The two-story construction of Chicago firebrick has since housed restaurants, the Elks Club and an antique store. An excellent location in downtown Beloit, it is easily accessible to both area residents and out-of-town visitors. In 1999, the Beloit Economic Development Corporation purchased the building on behalf of the emerging Incubator.
